         Our organization at Dibrugarh, having its district office at Tulshi Gaon, is headed by the District Mission Co-ordinator, responsible for all the Administrative, Academic and Financial activities, although, the Deputy commissioner of the District acts as the Chairman. With the target of providing Free Elementary Education to all, the workload of the organization has been decentralized through 6 blocks headed by a Block Mission Coordinator, 1 LDA cum Accountant and a Grade-IV staff. Moreover, 1 Junior Engineer allotted for the Civil Work activities, performs his duties throughout the respective block from the block headquarter.
